How do I request tickets?
Readers who have reached 500 points in the Winter Reading Program can request tickets using the form found in your in-game prize message. This prize message will trigger at the end of the program on 2/15. Within three business days, readers will receive an email with further instructions on how to claim their tickets.
I have multiple readers in my household. How do I request tickets?
In the selection above, indicate that you are claiming tickets on behalf of multiple readers and list their names when prompted. The appropriate number of tickets will be uploaded to your account when the request is processed.
Please note that multiple submissions under the same email address will not be accepted. If you are submitting an additional request for another reader, please use another email address or email community@thevalleysuns.com with updates.
How do I select my game date?
Once readers have requested tickets, they will be contacted by email within one week with further instructions about how to redeem the tickets they have earned for the game(s) of their choice. Blackout dates may apply.
How will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be provided digitally in a Valley Suns ticket account connected to each reader’s email address. Ticket accounts can be accessed via https://am.ticketmaster.com/valleysuns/
I need additional tickets to accommodate my family. What can I do?
Readers will have the opportunity to purchase additional tickets during the redemption process.

The Valley Suns play all home games at Mullett Arena on ASU Tempe campus (411 S Packard Dr., Tempe AZ). Mullett Area is accessible via Valley Metro's light rail. There is parking available in the S Packard Parking Structure located on the South side of Mullett Arena.
