Once you have 500 points you will receive an in-game message (look
for the envelope icon at the top of your dashboard, if you have a
new message it should be red).
Open the message letting you know you have earned your free baseball
ticket. Your message will contain the link to the site where you
select your game and the offer code needed to claim your ticket
Once you have clicked the link to the site, it will prompt you to
enter in the offer code. Type in the code or copy and paste the code
from your in-game message into the offer code field and click the
blue “submit” button.
You will then be directed to the page where you click on the game
you would like to attend.
This will take you to a new screen where you will change the number
of tickets from 2 to 1 (their site auto populates ticketing to 2
tickets). Once you have switched the ticket option from 2 to 1 you will be
able to click the blue “add to cart” button.
Then, you will need to create an account on MLB.com where you can
check out. You will have the option to opt out of their emails.
Once your order has been submitted you will receive a confirmation
email to the email address you provided when you signed up for an
account with MLB.com. This email states how you can access your
mobile-only tickets. Tickets are accessible via the Camelback Ranch
Account Manager or MLB Ballpark App. You can find more details here.
